Membership Requirements
Practitioner:
Employment must be in a Healthcare setting. (Either healthcare HR or other healthcare HR related position)
Student:
Current Full-time Status (provide copy of current transcript)
Provide school name and current phone number of admissions office
Include a copy of school ID
Student membership is limited to 4 years
Above information must be verified annually
Employment or field of study must be in the healthcare industry
Associate/Corporate:
Professional consultant, Corporation and/or vendor member employed by a non-healthcare institution, firm, or company.
